Our highly qualified nurses deal with a range of conditions and health concerns. They examine patients, make a diagnosis and plan care, including prescribing certain products.
They are experts in many areas of disease management such as diabetes and asthma. |

| They are important members of the practice team who work under the supervision of a qualified nurse. They can take blood tests, check blood pressure, test urine and undertake simple dressings, ECGs and assist with many other clinical tasks within the practice. |
| Practice management: |
| Practice manager Mrs Callaghan or the reception supervisor Mrs Saunt, will be able to help you with any administrative problems you may have with the way our practice is run. |
| Reception staff: |
| Margaret, Kim, Carol, Julie, Sarah and Lorraine are here to help you. They have many duties including answering the phone, dealing with enquiries, making appointments and taking/printing repeat prescriptions. Their job is very demanding so please be patient. |
| Administrative staff: |
| Alison is our medical secretary. |
| Jane, Tricia and Julie are admin staff who work in the practice. Although not 'front of house', their work is nonetheless important in the smooth running of an extremely busy practice. |
