How Do I....
Obtain A Repeat Prescription?
Repeat prescriptions may be requested in writing using the slips provided or by calling at the surgery between 8.30am - 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Repeat prescriptions will be written at the doctors' discretion and are normally for patients on long-term treatment.
For repeat prescriptions which are to be collected from the surgery, we will endeavour to turn requests around within 48 hours (excluding weekends and local/bank holidays).
We do not accept requests for repeat prescriptions by telephone. Prescriptions may be sent and returned by post if a stamped addressed envelope is provided. In case please allow at least a week.
PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT TAKE REQUESTS FOR REPEAT PRESCRIPTIONS OVER THE TELEPHONE.
Alternatively, the practice can post your prescription to you, but remember to enclose a stamped addressed envelope and allow at least seven days for this service. Please feel free to make enquiries with our reception staff about using the emis (online) service, if you would prefer that method.
The local chemist will also arrange a collection service for prescriptions. This can be arranged through the chemist.

THIS FORM BELOW IS CURRENTLY DISABLED - PLEASE USE ONE OF THE ALTERNATIVE METHODS MENTIONED ABOVE TO REQUEST PRESCRIPTIONS.
